ASELSAN has undertaken the role of being Turkey’s Radar Technology Center in line with the national defense policies since 1991. Since then, ASELSAN has increasingly invested in radar technology and has been rapidly expanding its range of radar products that serve both military and civilian applications.
ASELSAN’s established focus in innovation and research & development has enabled the achievement of comprehensive radar capabilities required to develop, manufacture and test state-of-the-art radar systems. ASELSAN’s radar heritage includes land, naval and airborne applications spanning a vast range of high technology radar products.
In addition to developing and manufacturing radars required for reconnaissance, surveillance systems and air defense programs, ASELSAN is working to develop highly specialized radar technologies such as multi-function radar, mobile radar, and spaceborne radar. With current know-how and capabilities, ASELSAN possesses worldwide competence in radar technologies and is open to cooperation opportunities in international programs.
