If you have not graduated yet but will graduate within 3 months at the latest, you can apply by selecting the "graduate" option and entering your estimated graduation date when filling out the application form.
First of all, “A Yetenek” program candidates must meet the recruitment criteria. Moreover, candidates must be at the transition stage to the final year of university. Candidates who meet the specified requirements are involved in evaluation processes such as exams / interviews. In addition to the faculty of engineering, students studying at other faculties can also apply for the talent program. Applications are evaluated regarding with the ASELSAN's needs that may occur in the relevant year.
We expect our candidates involved in the interview
process to accurately and clearly express their basic and technical
competencies, goals, expectations, academic and social characteristics.
Candidates who comply with the requirements of the job description, have aim to
constantly improve themselves and are open to learning will have opportunity to
get one step forward.
Within the scope of our recruitment criteria, our
candidates are expected to have a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree
whose language of instruction is 100% English and meets the job description
requirements, or to meet any of the foreign language exam criteria specified on
the ASELSAN page. Interviews are conducted in Turkish, and according to the
requirements of the position English interviews can also be conducted.
Our recruitment interviews are conducted with the
participation of Human Resources and technical teams, and the stages may differ
according to the requirements and qualifications of the position. Interview
planning can be made with a top manager.
If your grade point average is 2.5 or above, you can get additional points and meet the recruitment criteria. You can find detailed information about additional points under the heading “İşe Alım Kriterleri”. After you fill out the application form, the system informs you about your fulfillment of the recruitment criteria regarding your application.
You can get additional points for your domestic
experience through SSI Service Document, for your abroad experiences through
Work Certificate. To receive additional points, your experience must be
post-graduation, longer than 6 months and full-time. Relevant experience must
be compatible with the job description for which you will be evaluated.
Candidates with doctoral degrees who meet the job
description requirements are not expected to meet any cumulative grade point
average criteria. Candidates with a doctorate degree only need to meet the
foreign language criterion.
At ASELSAN, only education degrees completed with formal
education are taken into consideration.
Foreign language knowledge is not expected from
candidates who will work in the field of Technician and Office Personnel,
unless there is a special requirement for the position. Foreign language
knowledge is only required for candidates who have graduated from undergraduate
and graduate programs.
Resume should be
clear, simple and understandable. Your academic achievements, projects you have
participated in, your experiences and social activities you carry out stated
correctly in your resume will also be beneficial.
