OUR WORK

ASELSAN's sustainability efforts are divided into three categories as our world, society and economy, and targets to be achieved in line with the principles established within each scope are created and regular improvement is ensured.

ASİL

ASELSAN Social Innovation Leaders (ASIL) Foundation was established in December 2019 with the aim of spreading the culture of helping and sharing in the society we live in, especially among the new generation, by showing that ASELSAN is not only reassuring technology but also value-producing technology.

This project aims to carry out activities within ASELSAN within the framework of the following objectives and to be the idea generator and implementer of corporate transformation.


• Creating our people-oriented values
• Establishing an environment of peace and tranquility within the organization
• Improving working environment and conditions
• Developing a sense of achievement together
• Involving and partnering employees in the change and transformation process
• Strengthening corporate belonging and awareness
• Increasing the motivation, performance and productivity of employees
• Contributing to corporate employer branding activities

On 20.03.2019, the ASIL project, which started with the establishment of the platform that will enable ASIL news and announcements to be made on the Intranet and sub-groups to interact with each other, has become a strong platform where ASELSAN employees add value to themselves, ASELSAN and our society in many areas.

With the ASIL Sports and Art Communities under this project, our employees have the opportunity to come together in their areas of interest, share their knowledge and develop their social skills.

Our employees, who actively come together, develop and produce in 29 branches under ASIL Sports and Arts Communities, represent ASELSAN in the best way possible in the corporate tournaments they participate in.
