Gendarmerie Integrated Communications and Information System (JEMUS) is a system that composes of telephone, radio, computer and camera systems in the Units and Headquarters, processing information quickly in mobile and fixed environments that allows timely and swiftaccess to safety and security services.

General Features

JEMUS General Features

  • Messaging and file sharing are done via Messaging System between the users on the field and the operators.
  • Any data about an event is collected, and broadcasted by Dispatch System to the field users through the radios on an encrypted channel.
  • Inquiry System allows patrols on the field to carry out identification, and vehicle license inquiries to enable the respective personnel to detect criminals or stolen vehicles.
