Bayram GENÇCAN, Member of the Board of Directors of our Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of ASELSAN as of 05.04.2019. The appointment of a new member shall be made at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held on 26.04.2019. Bayram GENÇCAN's duty as the Vice President responsible of Communication and Information Technologies in our company continues.
