It has been resolved by our Board of Directors that;
- Due to the retirement of Yavuz BAYIZ, the Vice President responsible of Communication and Information Technologies, our Board of Directors Member, Bayram GENÇCAN shall be appointed as the Vice President responsible of Communication and Information Technologies as of 05.02.2019, alongside his duty as a member of the Board of Directors,
- In order to support our “export-based growth" strategy, which is one of the most important aspects of our company's organic growth potential, and to be able to compete more effectively with global players; the Directorate of Business Development and Marketing shall be restructured as a vice presidency within the organizational structure and Osman Devrim FİDANCI, the Director of Business Development and Marketing, shall be appointed as the Vice President as of 01.02.2019.
